Production Information

File Formats

We accept ads in the following file formats:

.eps  .ai  .psd  .pdf

(if working with Pagemaker, please save your files as placeable EPS format and include all fonts.)

All electronic photos MUST be in:

.tiff  .jpeg  .eps

Media

We prefer the artwork be uploaded via our ftp or emailed. We also accept artwork on CD or DVD.

Advertising deadline is 12th of the month for ads requiring our design. We will make every effort to get the ad to the client in a timely manner for proofing. These ads must be proofed by the 15th. Failure to do so may result in errors in the client's ad that Showcase Magazine will not be held responsible for.  Deadline for camera-ready ads is the 15th of the month.

Clients will be contacted within the first week of each month for directions regarding changes to their ad. If the client fails to respond to the contact, Showcase Magazine is to assume the client will be running the previous ad again. If the client is new and there is no previous ad, yet the client fails to respond to contact, the client will be responsible for the space allocated for their advertisement.
